• Design management, procurement and install of metal framework system to existing walls to enable cladding and soft run off padding
• Procurement and installation of EnviroBuild composite cladding to external perimeter walls
• Design management, procurement and installation of EPDM permitter capping and associated flashing to new cladding sections
• Design management, procurement and installation of run off safety barriers to perimeter of sports court
• Widening of opening to existing 4m brick wall to form wide arch to picnic area
• Design and electrical works to provide new lighting to entire external area, including bollards and wall lights
• Painting of undisturbed external walls
• Permeable court painting and line marking
• Supply and install of netball and tennis nets and equipment
